After breakfast and bidding farewell to our friendly Thai hosts, we'll continue our tour of the region's Southwest. There aren't many things more therapeutic than driving along the Ma river, across rice fields, sugarcane fields, and bamboo forests. After hours of braving bumpy roads and seductive scenery, we arrive at the Ho Chi Minh trail, the South's legendary route during the Vietnam-American war.
Despite being considerably repaired and renovated, this trail still possesses indescribable views on both sides of the road. If the Northwestern region is full of imposing yet spectacular mountains, then this North-eastern area - also known as the Ha Long bay on land, is famous for its limestone mountains with corn and cassava fields. We'll reach Cua Lo at about 5 p.m, settle in our seaside hotel, and enjoy the rest of the day off. We can have one seafood diner nearby Cua Lo beach. And finish safe 4th riding day with Vietnam Motorbike Tour Club Team.
