Day 1: Ha Noi - Vinh
From Hanoi, the delegation will move to Vinh City and rest there before departing early the next morning for the border gate. With an impressive area of nearly 105,000 square kilometers, Vinh City is in a favorable condition for development, of which the tourism industry must be mentioned.
We will come here and enjoy the food. Overnight in Vinh to prepare for exploring Nahin tomorrow.

Day 2: Vinh- Nahin
In the morning, we will go from Vinh to the Cau Treo border gate, which is about 30 km long. This is the end point of National Highway 8 in the territory of Vietnam, at the top of Keo Nua Pass, and this road connects to Laos.
The border gate was born at the end of the war against France in 1954. The road from Vinh to the Cau Treo border gate is quite bumpy; one can feel in it the harshness and craziness of the terrain and the poetic, gentle, and sweet beauty of the blue Ngan Pho river. And the people here...
After arriving, complete immigration procedures and continue to move to Nahin. From the Cau Treo border gate to Nahin, it is about 160km with passes and roads interwoven.
We will check into our hotel room in Nahin and spend the night here.

Day 3: Nahin- Vientiane
After having breakfast at Nahin, the group will depart for Vientiane. Vientiance is a magnificent place, the political center of Laos. We will visit Buddhist relics such as the golden king, etc. In November in Laos, there are many special festivals. This is the perfect time to come here. We will play at The Rock Viewpoint and join the water festival.
After a day of fun, return to the hotel for dinner and rest.

Day 4: Vientiane - Vang Vieng
The delegation will spend today resting and visiting the capital with famous landmarks such as Pha Tha Luang, Wat Simuang, Buddha Garden, and the Patuxay Victory Monument. Of these locations, only Buddha Park is located outside the city center (about 30 km away), and the rest are around the center.
For those who want to explore further from the center, Vang Vieng is a place not to be missed. It is a 4-hour bus ride from Vientiane to the north. This is considered the middle point and a place to rest for tourists traveling from Vientiane to Luang Prabang. However, the majestic mountains and forests here have attracted tourists more than a place to rest. Here, guests can choose to rent an off-road vehicle, drive their own to the destinations, or take a hot air balloon to watch the sunset.
In the evening, guests can go to the night market and have dinner at the stalls there. Special dishes that are worth trying include Sai Oua and Lao sticky rice.

In the morning, we depart for the ancient capital of Luang Prabang. The road from Vang Vieng to Luang Pra Bang is about 250 km long, mostly passing through passes and steep, pretty bad roads. It will take about 6 hours for 250 km.

Day 6: Luang Prabang all day
In the morning, get up early (about 5:30 a.m.) to watch the almsgiving ceremony. Monks will beg for alms on the main roads. After watching, prepare to visit the ancient capital.
In the center of the old town, just by walking, you can visit most of the places you need to go, such as Wat Xieng Thong, the Royal Palace Museum, etc. This is the time when there are many festivals, not to mention the water festival, which is not to be missed when coming to Luang Prabang.
For those who want to explore far from the city, Kuang Si waterfall is a place to consider. This is a complex of three towers, nearly 30 kilometers from the center of the ancient capital of Luang Prabang. The main waterfall is about 60 m high. The peaceful beauty of nature and the people here make the trip more meaningful and worthwhile. Guests can visit the majestic Namkat waterfall and bathe in the stream. Being immersed in the cool water and surrounded by nature makes people who have come here linger.
After exploring Oudomxay, we will return to the hotel and rest to regain strength to continue the journey tomorrow.

Day 8 (17/04/2023): Oudomxay- Houixay
Houixay is the next destination in the journey to discover northern Laos. This is a small town located on the Lao side of the Mekong River (the other bank is Chiang Khong, Thailand). Going to Houay Xai, visitors will find a headquarters to register for the Gibbon Experience adventure and learn about Southeast Asia's most vibrant and unique wildlife. Gibbon Experience is located in the Bokeo Nature Reserve, a forest with a total area of 123,000 hectares that is one of the most remote areas of Laos.

Day 9: Huay Xai - Golden Triangle - Chiang Khong

From Huay Xai, the group traveled more than 70 kilometers to reach a rugged mountainous area. Similar to the landmark Apachai (Vietnam, China, and Laos) and the Indochina T-junction (Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia), the land known as the Golden Triangle is an alluvial land between the Mekong River and the borders of the three countries of Laos, Thailand, and Myanmar. Historically recorded, in the 1970s, the Golden Triangle was once the largest opium producer in the world. Most of the area of the Golden Triangle is mountainous, with an altitude of more than 1000m above sea level.
